The empty barrel is made of PC material, which will not produce toxins and cause harm to the human body if it is recycled for a long time. The level of pollution of the empty barrels after recycling is different, some are very clean, and some are covered with oil. The barreled water plant will have an empty barrel disinfection and cleaning pool. For the heavily polluted empty barrels, according to long-term experience, no matter how large the output of the barreled water filling machine production line, another semi-automatic cap pulling and barrel brushing machine can be configured. The barrel brushing time can be controlled manually, and the internal brushes are hard enough to remove the hard objects on the outer surface of the barrels.


Full automatic empty bucket cap extractor is used to remove the empty bucket cap and recycle the cap for secondary use. The whole machine mainly controls the cylinder action through photoelectric induction to drive the manipulator to open or close and move up and down. Relying on two gear rods, the cover automatically peels off under resistance, and at the same time, the cover is blown to the designated recycling port by a strong blow. About 2 meters of conveying is reserved in front of the capping machine for manual bucket placement. The 5-gallon barreled water filling machine is L-shaped in appearance and consists of automatic barrel loading device, disinfection and flushing tunnel, automatic barrel lowering device, filling, capping device and capping mechanism. Empty barrels go in directly and come out from the left or right, so it is necessary to determine the direction of the barreled water filling machine before manufacturing. For a good barreled water filling machine, the type selection of the filling pump for washing must be in place, otherwise the spraying pressure cannot be reached, and the spraying effect will be bad. The spraying pressure we designed is very high, and a barrel pressing device is also installed above the empty barrel, otherwise the empty barrel will be sprayed off the track due to the large spraying pressure.


The filling machine adopts a timing high-speed filling valve, which is mainly used to control the opening of the valve through photoelectric detection, and the valve automatically closes at the specified time. The filling level is controlled by adjusting the filling time. The filling speed is very fast and the precision is also very high.


Only half of the production of barreled water has been completed by the capping step, and then the light inspection equipment is used to detect whether there are impurities in the barreled water by human eyes and remove the unqualified products. Then go to the automatic film covering machine. When it detects that a large barrel is coming, the machine automatically puts the label down along the sleeve, automatically cuts off the label, and automatically covers the barrel mouth. Finally, the label is automatically shrunk through the steam shrinking machine, and is tightly attached to the surface of the barrel mouth. Then the current production date is printed on the label by the laser printer or ink jet printer. The label can be removed when next used, and the empty barrel can be used again.

For the production line of barreled water filling machine, the old bucket lifting machine in the past required manual bagging, which was costly. Now there is a fully automatic barreled water jacket machine, which can automatically cover the bag in the form of roll film, and seal the edge with heat to complete automatic bagging. The front section of the fully automatic barreled water stacker is connected to the unpowered drum conveyor, with a certain slope. The barreled water after bagging automatically slides into the stacker. Through the photoelectric detection signal, the mechanical gripper will stack the barreled water according to the specified row and column, one layer for each stacking, and a layer of cardboard will be placed on it manually to place the second layer and the third layer. If the number of layers is too many, the barreled water below will be crushed. Then it is put into storage by forklift.
